• Guests are encouraged to book their preferred date, but not the treatment time. Guests may come anytime and will be accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Guests with guaranteed reservation will be allowed to book their preferred time of treatment only upon arrival.
• TENTATIVE or “pencil bookings” will NOT be accepted. Walk-ins are also welcome on a first-come, first-served basis.
• For group bookings with minimum of 10 persons, advanced reservation is recommended at least 3 days prior; walk-ins will be accommodated subject to availability.
• Guaranteed Time slot will be optional. In cases of late arrival, surcharge, rebooking, and/or cancellation policies will apply.
  • Late arrival surcharge will apply on weekends, Friday to Sunday. 15-MINUTE GRACE PERIOD will be given to all spa guests.
  • Rebooking / Amendment Policy: One-time amendment if rebooking is made 24 hours before treatment time will be extended complimentary (subject to availability).
  • No refund in the event of no show for ALL guaranteed bookings.
  • All guests with guaranteed time slots will be reminded about their booking a day prior through email and phone call.
